Statutory Review of the Meetings and Documents Amendments – final report

The final report of the Panel conducting the Statutory Review of the Meetings and Documents Amendments was received by the Assistant Treasurer and Minister for Financial Services, the Hon Stephen Jones MP, on 14 August 2024.

The report was tabled in both houses of Parliament on 9 September 2024 which satisfies the requirements for the completion and tabling of the review under sections 1687J and 1687K of the Corporations Act 2001.
