National Cabinet agreed to a National Planning Reform Blueprint to outline planning, zoning, land release and other measures to improve housing supply and affordability.
The Blueprint comprises of 10 measures and 17 supporting actions agreed to by National Cabinet.
National Cabinet agreed that planning ministers will report on progress against the measures twice-yearly.
The first report was due before March 2024.
