Government response to the Food and Grocery Code of Conduct Review 2022–23

The government has issued its response to the final review report on the dispute resolution provisions in Part 5 of the Food and Grocery Code of Conduct (the Code).

The government supports all of the review recommendations. Changes will be implemented as part of a broader package of reforms to the Code, following the conclusion of the 2023–24 review of the remaining Code provisions.
