Food and Grocery Code of Conduct Review 2022–23 – final report

In September 2023, Treasury delivered to the government the final review report on the dispute resolution provisions in Part 5 of the Food and Grocery Code of Conduct.

The Review made 2 recommendations to address concerns around accessibility, build suppliers’ awareness and public confidence, and ensure the functions of the Code Arbiter and Independent Reviewer are performing as intended.
