The 2021 Review of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) was undertaken in response to a statutory requirement. The Review was conducted between February and August 2021.

On 24 November 2021, the Government tabled the Review in Parliament and also released its response. The Government welcomes the overall finding of the Review that AFCA is performing well and providing an effective dispute resolution service for consumers and small businesses.
