The 2025 APS Employee Census ran between 5 May and 6 June 2025. Treasury staff participation rate in the Census was 92 per cent.
Treasury’s 2025 APS Employee Census results reflect an engaged and committed workforce – among the most positive across the Australian Public Service. These results highlight a workforce that is highly motivated, and closely aligned with Treasury’s purpose, and dedicated to delivering meaningful outcomes for the Australian community.
