Key Documents

The Government is seeking stakeholder views on exposure draft legislation to support companies and their officers to use technology to satisfy Corporations Act 2001 requirements.

This legislation contains reforms to facilitate the use of technology in meetings, to execute company documents and send meeting-related materials.

These reforms make permanent the temporary measures put in place during the COVID-19 pandemic relating to electronic execution of company documents and meeting notifications.
