The Governments of Australia and Vanuatu have signed an Agreement for the Exchange of Information Relating to Taxes. The Agreement provides for exchange of information on request in both criminal and civil tax matters.
The signing took place on 21 April 2010 in Devonport, Australia, with the Assistant Treasurer, the Hon Nick Sherry signing on behalf of Australia and the Vanuatu Finance Minister, the Hon Sela Molisa, signing for Vanuatu.
