The Governments of Australia and St. Kitts & Nevis have signed an Agreement for the Exchange of Information Relating to Taxes. The Agreement provides for exchange of information on request in both criminal and civil tax matters.
The Agreement was signed by the Australian Ambassador to Trinidad and Tobago His Excellency Philip Kentwell, and St. Kitts & Nevis's Foreign Minister, Honourable Dr Denzil L Douglas, in the St. Kitts on 5 March 2010.
