The Governments of Australia and Gibraltar have signed an Agreement on the Exchange of Information with Respect to Taxes. The Agreement provides for exchange of information on request for both civil and criminal tax purposes.
The Agreement was signed by the Acting Australian High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, Adam McCarthy, and Gibraltar’s Finance Centre Director, Ministry of Finance, Mr James Tipping, in London on 25 August 2009.
