The Governments of Australia and Anguilla have signed an Agreement for the Exchange of Information Relating to Taxes. The Agreement provides for exchange of information on request in both criminal and civil tax matters.
The Agreement was signed by the Anguillan Chief Minister, Hubert Hughes, and the Australian Deputy High Commissioner, Adam McCarthy in London on 19 March 2010 at 11am (GMT).
