Review into the Governance, Efficiency, Structure and Operation of Australia's Superannuation System
On 29 May 2009, the Minister for Superannuation and Corporate Law* announced the Super System Review into the governance, efficiency, structure and operation of Australia's superannuation system. The Review was initiated with the support of the superannuation industry. The Chair of the Review was Jeremy Cooper, the former Deputy Chairman of ASIC. Jeremy was supported by a Panel of seven part-time members:

In accordance with the terms of reference, the Super System Review Panel delivered its final report to the Government on 30 June 2010 and the Review has concluded. The Government response to the Super System Review is available..
