Government response to Senate report on the Treasury Laws Amendment (Financial Market Infrastructure and Other Measures) Bill 2024

On 3 May 2024, the Senate Economics Legislation Committee handed down its report on Treasury Laws Amendment (Financial Market Infrastructure and Other Measures) Bill 2024 [Provisions].

On 25 June 2026, the Australian Government tabled its formal response to the Senate Committee’s inquiry.

The government response addresses the recommendations raised in the report.
