Australian Government response – Senate Economics Legislation Committee Report – Consumer Data Right Bill 2022

On 3 May 2023, the Senate Economics Legislation Committee handed down its report into the Treasury Laws Amendment (Consumer Data Right) Bill 2022 [Provisions].

On 19 December 2024, the Australian Government tabled its formal response to the Senate Committee’s inquiry.

The government response addresses the recommendations raised in the report.
