Fundraising - Capital raising initiatives to build enterprise and employment. This paper has been prepared as part of the Government's Corporate Law Economic Reform Program (CLERP) which is reviewing regulatory requirements with a view to
facilitating investment, employment and wealth creation while protecting investors and
maintaining confidence in the business environment.
