The Governments of Australia and Bermuda have signed an Agreement for the Exchange of Information Relating to Taxes. The Agreement provides for exchange of information on request in both criminal and civil tax matters.
The signing took place on 10 November 2005 in Washington.
The Agreement entered into force on 20 September 2007.
