- non‑compete clauses for low‑ and middle‑income workers
- no‑poach agreements
- wage‑fixing agreements.
The paper asks whether we need reforms for:
- non‑compete clauses for high‑income workers
- non‑solicitation clauses
- employment restrictions on having multiple jobs.
Your feedback will help the government finalise policy details. This consultation includes feedback from an earlier consultation.
