The existing Business Names Registration (Fees) Regulations 2011 are scheduled to sunset on 1 April 2022.
The draft Business Names Registration (Fees) Regulations 2021 repeal the Business Names Registration (Fees) Regulations 2011, and remake and improve the operation of the regulations.
The draft regulations do not make any changes to the fees applied or to the indexation method. Minor technical changes have been made to reflect current drafting practice.
