The Government has today released for public consultation exposure draft legislation and accompanying explanatory material to authorise the Commonwealth Government to invest in the Australian Business Growth Fund jointly with financial institutions.
Submissions to the consultation are open until 8 November 2019.
The Government values feedback and input from all affected stakeholders and responses to this consultation will inform the final Bill to authorise the Commonwealth Government’s investment.
