Procedures for determining breaches of the Code of Conduct

The Procedures outline how Treasury manages suspected breaches of the APS Code of Conduct.

The Procedures apply in determining:

• whether a Treasury employee or former Treasury employee has breached the APS Code of Conduct; and
• the sanctions, if any, to impose.

The Procedures are published in accordance with section 15(7) of the Public Service Act 1999.
