Government response to Senate report on the Inquiry into Scams Prevention Framework Bill 2024 [Provisions]

On 3 February 2025 the Senate Economics Legislation Committee handed down its report into the Scams Prevention Framework Bill 2024 [Provisions].

On 29 May 2026, the Australian Government tabled its formal response to the Senate Committee’s inquiry.

The government response addresses the recommendations raised in the report.
