Australian Government response to the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Corporations and Financial Services

On 10 July 2023, the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Corporations and Financial Services’ delivered its final report on ‘ASIC Licence Transfers’. This report made 4 recommendations.

On 24 March 2026, the Australian Government tabled its formal response to the Committee’s report. The government response addresses the recommendations raised in the report.
