The Reconnect program helps young people concerned about their home life, to improve relationships with family and school.

How Reconnect can help

If you or someone you know is having problems at home or school and worried about getting kicked out of home, you can contact your local Reconnect service for advice.

Reconnect workers helps young people to improve their relationship with family and helps young people to stay in school or work.

Reconnect can offer:

  • mediation
  • counselling
  • group work
  • referrals to other services.

They can also give you and your family practical support.
