Nick Greiner was Premier and Treasurer of New South Wales from 1988-1992.
Since his retirement from politics he has been heavily involved in the corporate world as Chairman of several large companies and as the Deputy Chairman and director of others.
Nick holds an Honours Degree in Economics from Sydney University and a Master of Business Administration with High Distinction from Harvard Business School.
In the Queen's Birthday Honours List of 1994 he was awarded a Companion of the Order of Australia for public sector reform and management and services to the community.
John Brumby has extensive experience in Government at both State and Federal level.
He was Premier of Victoria from 2007-2010 after serving as Treasurer between 2000-2007. He has held a number of additional Ministerial portfolios in Victoria and prior to this was the Federal Member for Bendigo in the Hawke Government between 1983-1990.
John completed a Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University in 1974 and also holds a Diploma in Education.
After politics, John has commenced work in the private sector and is currently Chairman of the Motor Trades Association of Australia (MTAA) Superannuation Fund.
Mr Bruce Carter is the Managing Partner of Ferrier Hodgson in Adelaide and was one of the founding partners of the Adelaide practice in 1992. He was formerly a partner at Ernst & Young.
Mr Carter has an Economics Degree and a Master of Business Administration. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Mr Carter has spent over 30 years in corporate recovery and insolvency. He has worked across a broad range of industries overseas and in Australia. He has conducted work for all of the major financial institutions within Australia and has been involved in a number of Government appointed restructurings and reviews including a recent appointment to review Federal GST arrangements.
Mr Carter is a director of ASC Pty Ltd (Australian Submarine Corporation) and Skycity Entertainment Group Limited. Mr Carter is the Chair of the Olympic Dam Steering Committee and a director/chair of a number of private companies and government bodies.
