The Australian Government announced a commitment to scope a First Nations Economic Partnership with the Coalition of Peaks and other organisations in the Employment White Paper in September 2023. The Coalition of Peaks and the Treasury are working in partnership to scope the partnership.

The Coalition of Peaks are now holding consultations which will inform the partnership design including key priorities and governance. We would like to hear from a range of stakeholders with expertise in First Nations economic development. There are different ways you can participate in consultations including completing a survey, making a written submission, and attending a workshop. More information on how to participate in consultations, see Coalition of Peaks website.
