This paper, prepared in conjunction with the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA), seeks submissions on the proposed financial institutions supervisory levies for the 2023‑24 financial year.

The financial industry levies are set to recover the operational costs of APRA and other specific costs incurred by certain Commonwealth agencies, including Treasury and the Australian Taxation Office.

You can submit responses to this consultation up until 09 June 2023. Interested parties are invited to comment on this consultation.
