The review of the 2021 amendments to the continuous disclosure regime has now been completed.

Final report

The government received the report on 13 February 2024 which satisfies the requirement for the completion of the review under section 1683B of the Corporations Act 2001.

The government is currently considering Dr Lewis’s report.
