Report of the independent review of the changes to the continuous disclosure laws

The final report was received by government on 13 February 2024 and was tabled in both houses of Parliament on 14 May 2024 which satisfies the requirements for the completion and tabling of the review under section 1683B of the Corporations Act 2001.

The government is currently considering Dr Lewis’s report.
