A draft report will be released for stakeholder consideration in June 2018.
Confidentiality
All stakeholder submissions and feedback to the Review is treated as confidential and will not be made public. Submissions that explicitly state consent to be released publically will be published below. Stakeholders are welcome to publish their submissions to the Review via their own platform.
Consultation on the issues
Initial public consultation was open from 23 March 2018 until 30 April 2018.
The Review received feedback from over 30 stakeholders, who provided comment on whether the code has been effective in improving the way the supermarkets (and wholesalers) deal with their suppliers. Initial comments have informed development of a draft report and recommendations to Government.
