Australian National Audit Office access clauses

The Treasury is required to provide details of any contract let during 2009-10 of $100,000 or more (inclusive of GST) that does not provide for the Auditor-General to have access to the contractor's premises. The Treasury must include the name of the contractor, the purpose and value of the contract, and the reason for not including standard access clauses in the contract.

The Treasury did not have any contracts over $100,000 that did not provide for the Auditor-General to have access to the contractor's premises.
