Government Caretaker Arrangements
On 19 July 2010 the Government went into Caretaker mode with an election to be held on 21 August 2010. Information on websites maintained by The Treasury will be published in accordance with the Guidance on Caretaker Conventions circulated by the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. Media releases, transcripts and speeches from the Treasury Portfolio Ministers can be accessed via the ALP website until the result of the election is known.
